"Hi there! I've been living at Jefferson Place since 2003 and i have not had a pest issue. I really keep my home clean but man o man I just think good housekeeping is a must to avoid any pest! Anywho, the staff has been very helpful at all times,some of these comments really surprise me. The area is amazing, you have everything around! My favorite of all is the peace and quite the community is especially working from home is a must!"

"I have stayed at Jefferson Place for 5 years and never have I had a problem with Bed Bugs or Roaches. My place is neat and well maintained. Maintenance is very helpful and fast when in need. All these reviews about bed bugs and roaches shock me because I've never had these problems before. The area is great and everything you need is close by and i love that!"

"I am a current resident of the JP and have lived here for almost 2 years. Every time I have an issue the office staff is great with doing everything to resolve it in a timely manner. I have never had any issues with bugs the place is clean and maintained very well. Sarahi was my leasing agent she has always been so sweet and extremely helpful up until this day she is the absolute BEST!! If you are looking for a new place to call home I definitely recommend Jefferson place."

"I've been a resident for almost two years and will say that I am blown away at the level of customer service the Assistant Manager, Anderson Larios has provided. He truly goes above and beyond to address any concerns or maintenance issues I've ever had and his response time is unbelievably prompt. I wouldn't expect this level of dedication witin an apartment property, but he truly goes the extra mile and it is absolutely refreshing. I am not an easy tenant as I will drive you nuts until my issue is resolved, but Anderson has been FANTASTIC! All apartments will have some type of issues, but what matters is how the staff treats you and handles it. I am so incredibly pleased that I made the decision to move here despite any negative reviews I read. I guess eveyrone's experience is truly different!"

"estoy muy en desacuerdo con que hayan escogido justo el tiempo de verano para remodelar las piscinas, estas solo estan abiertas un par de meses al año y las remodelaciones se podrian realizar en cualquier otro tiempo menos en este que es cuando realmente se usan, no es igual de comodo tener que trasladarse al complex del lado para ir a las piscinas, en mi opinion creo que escogieron un mal tiempo para estas reparaciones!"

"el pasado jueves se dano el AC de mi apt, y el muchacho de mantenimiento estuvo todo el dia al pendiente para ver si funcionaba, en las horas de la tarde, tuvo que cambiar la unidad del AC completa, a pesar de que ya era tarde, estoy muy agradecida pq tengo una nina pequena y el hizo todo x ayudarnos, era un dia muy caliente y valoro mucho todo lo que hizo para arreglar el problema!!"
